New story on Drawing the Times

My 4th story which is published on Drawing the Times!

‘On a sunny Saturday in February a house is squatted on a quiet street in the center of Amsterdam. The new neighbours are a part of We Are Here, a group of refugees fighting for their right to lead a normal life and to be seen by Dutch society. This story follows the group and their time at the house on the  Rapenburg.’

Exhibiting at Spot On Festival

Together with my class at Sink Lukas I got to exhibit a piece at this multi disciplinary art festival in Destelheide.

This column comic features a poem by Mahmoud Darwish  recited by some local inhabitants. See pics!

365+1 Days

An illustration of mine was published in a book initiated by Stichting Print!

This calendar book, ‘365+1 Days’, showcases 366 illustrators, calligraphers,  and graphic designers from the Netherlands.

Hopefully my illustration will give the middle of winter a positive twist. :)
