A revised version of my precious super duct tape hero was published in Resist volume 2. I’m very happy to have my work next to that of some great feminist makers!
After months of work it’s finally here: my first ever book!
The story tells of a day in the life of Liat, an Israeli pro-Palestinian activist. By following her political convictions she positions herself outside of mainstream society, a fact which is heightened when she is confronted by her own family`s political views.
As my book is almost finished the kind folks at Le Space are exhibiting prints of the book in their space. This coming Sunday they are holding a Palestinian Poetry event with interesting speakers and a choir I feel very lucky to have my work be part of such an evening. The work will continue to hang there for a while so if you’re in the area come by and check it out!
A date for the finissage will be announced soon.
A photo from the opening:
It started out as a new year’s thing but got somewhat out of hand. Making postcards (and sending them!) is pure fun. For more go here!

This piece is the first in a series exploring different aspects of the day to day reality taking place in Palestine-Israel.
